Environmentally Friendly Waste Oil Recyclers

Greenlife Oil (GLO) has been engaged in the collection and processing of used vegetable oils and animal tallows for some 20 years.  More recently it has upgraded facilities to refine used petroleum oils as well. We operate from three sites in the North Sunshine (Melbourne), Kirrawee (NSW) and now Thessalonikis (Greece). These sites process approximately 30,000 metric tonnes (MT) of oils annually. Site facilities incorporate steaming, filtering, bleaching and separating capabilities using state of the art technology which we believe provide an industry benchmark.  

Over the last 4 years GLO has focused on extending the refinery to include the processing of used petroleum oils to produce various export quality products for re-use. The main petroleum based refinery operates from a state of the art facility in North Sunshine encompassing heat exchangers, decanters, centrifuges and other proprietary technology. The fully EPA compliant (Schedule 4 Certified) site has an annual processing capacity of some 15,000 MT.  100% of our refined used petroleum oils are exported. The petroleum oil processing facility currently services INCO Ships, Ventura Bus-lines (East Coast Truck Services) and Veolia among others. This service includes the pick up of oils from the suppliers nominated sites and for delivery to our refinery.

Our packaging capabilities are extensive and include steel drums, IBC's and Flexi-bags packed in 20' containers, dependent on our customers needs.  We also export a large volume in 25,000L ISO tanks.  We have representative offices in Australia, China, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Africa and Greece to service our growing customer base.

GLO is well placed to offer significant cost savings to our suppliers for removal of both their used cooking oils, motor oils, and other waste oils due to the technology employed and our ability to on- sell to established export markets.  Increased land-fill costs in Australia mean that GLO can offer a cost effective alternative to disposal and minimise the negative environmental impact waste oils can have.
