Environmentally Friendly Fat & Oil Recyclers
Greenlife Oil (GLO) has been engaged in the collection and processing of used tallow and vegetable oils for some 20 years. We operate from three sites in the North Sunshine (Melbourne) area. These sites process approximately 30,000 metric tonnes (MT) of oils annually.
Site facilities incorporate steaming, filtering, bleaching and separating capability;
drumming, bulk and handling of ISSO tanks and 20’ FCL containerisation.
Overseas representative offices are maintained in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and China.
Recently GLO has extended its services to include the processing of mineral oil to produce export quality furnace oil, operating from a state of the art facility in North Sunshine encompassing heat exchangers, decanters and centrifuge technology. The fully EPA compliant (Schedule 4 Certified) site has an annual processing capacity of some 10,000 MT.
Most processed material is exported to the sub continent as furnace oil to support local electric diesel generation and the production of soap of various grades.
The mineral oil (furnace oil) processing facility currently services INCO Ships, Ventura Bus-lines (East Coast Truck Services) and Veolia among others. This service includes the pick up of oils from suppliers nominated sites.
GLO is well placed to offer significant cost savings to our suppliers for removal of both their used cooking oil, motor oil, and other waste oils due to the technology employed and our ability to on sell to established export markets.
